Log4Shell Vulnerability Update 12/15/2021

Go West IT is continuing to hunt for Log4J vulnerabilities and exploits in our environment and we continue to monitor status reports from our critical vendors. Go West IT has not identified any existence of Log4J in our environment and 100% of our critical vendors have indicated they either do not have Log4J in their environments, or they have already remediated Log4J vulnerabilities in their environments. Go West IT is not aware of any Log4J vulnerability exploitation in our environment or in our vendor environments.
Go West IT is actively searching for Log4J vulnerabilities in our customer environments and opening support requests to address specific instances as they are discovered. To date, Go West IT is not aware of any Log4J exploitation in our customer’s environments. We recommend that you identify and contact additional critical line of business vendors (apps, software, websites, etc.) to inquire on the use of Log4J as part of their apps or services, and if so, the status of remediation and awareness of it being exploited in their environment.
